Tryst
* Tryst has a new home-screen icon: a T-heart mark on a pink-to-purple gradient. Replaces the placeholder flame that had been shipping since v0.2.
* Adaptive-icon setup so launcher shape masks (circle, squircle, teardrop) render cleanly on Android 12+.
* No feature or behaviour changes in this release — the app under the icon is v0.5.7 with the same features.
Privacy is the whole point, not an add-on:
* No network. The app has no INTERNET permission, so nothing can leak to a server. There are no analytics, ads, or crash-reporting SDKs of any kind.
* Encrypted at rest. Your entries live in an encrypted SQLCipher database and your photos are encrypted in the app's private storage — never in your gallery or any shared/cloud location.
* Locked behind your PIN. A 6-digit app PIN (separate from your phone's) gates everything, with optional biometric unlock. The app locks itself when it leaves the screen, and screenshots and the app-switcher preview are blocked.
* No backup leakage. The app is excluded from cloud auto-backup. The only way to move your data is the app's own manual, password-encrypted export.
What you can do:
* Log encounters in as much or as little detail as you like — date and time, duration, partners, acts, positions, protection, mood, setting, occasion, toys, satisfaction rating, orgasms, notes, and encrypted photo attachments.
* Make the categories your own. Tryst ships almost no predefined categories — you build your own acts, kinks, positions, toys, occasions, and finish locations on a dedicated management page for each, and everything you add counts fully in Insights and Achievements.
* Track partners (named or anonymous) with per-partner stats.
* Search and filter your history. Find any tryst by note, partner, or category, and narrow by date, partner, place, mood, protection, duration, and more.
* Browse your Photos. A dedicated Photos tab gathers every image attached to a tryst plus per-partner and self portrait albums, with layouts (date grid, mosaic, by-partner, People, feed), search, filters, favourites, bulk actions, a slideshow, and a pinch-to-zoom viewer. Optional "blur until tapped" gate keeps photos private when you hand the phone over.
* Explore Insights: streaks, trends, and per-attribute breakdowns, all computed on-device with hand-drawn charts — and focus them on a year, a quarter, or a custom date range.
* Earn Achievements derived from your own log.
* Customize the look with light/dark themes and Material You dynamic color.
Important — there is no password recovery. Your PIN is the only key. If you forget it and have not set up biometric unlock, your data cannot be unlocked: there is no email reset, because there is no server. Keep your PIN safe and use the encrypted export to back up your data.
Tryst is free and open-source software under the GNU General Public License v3.0, so anyone can verify these privacy claims in the source.

Можно выбрать загрузку приложения в виде APK (доступно по ссылкам ниже), однако следует помнить, что при такой установке вы не сможете получать уведомления об обновлениях, и что это менее безопасный способ скачивания. Советуем установить приложение F-Droid и использовать его.

* Turn on Settings → Gallery → Require re-auth for Photos and the Photos tab asks for biometric or your device screen lock before it opens. Handy when you sometimes hand the unlocked phone to someone.
* Pick a grace window (Immediate / 15s / 30s / 1 min / 5 min, default 30s) so a quick tab switch away and back doesn't re-prompt.
* Toggle hides itself on devices with no biometric and no screen lock — the OS has no way to gate.
* Add a short note to any of your tryst photos from the photo viewer — searchable across the app, and included in your encrypted backup.
* Pick where the caption editor lives in Settings → Gallery → Photo captions: the info panel, a new top-toolbar button, both (the default), or off.
* Search now looks at photo captions too. Typing a caption phrase surfaces the tryst it belongs to.
